Karasu apparently, have decided to release a single with the song they’ve performed for the first time at the JACK IN THE BOX 2009 SUMMER festival – 『LASTICA』. It will go on sale on the 27th of January (!) and cost 1890 yen. The CD will contain the title song plus the PV, some live footage from the festival and some bonus offshots.

There’s a few good announcements for those who have been looking forward to hearing more from JUN and IORI’s new band, spiv states!

The band now has an OHP, and while they do have a message saying that they’re still working on it, at least there’s something there to see!

Currently, the band has two guest members, bassist seiya (formerly of Viored), and drummer mikami.

Starting in December, they’re having a three month consecutive release! The only catch is that it’s available only at livehouses. The details are as follows:
#1 – 『VIVA SONIC』 – On sale starting in December
#2 – 『ＭＩＣＲＯＢＥ』 – On sale starting in January
#3 – 『ＭＵＴＡＮＴ』　- On sale starting in February

Each single costs 1000 yen, and contains the title track, along with an insutrumental version and a comment track. Also included is one photo and lyric card.

The first single, 『VIVA SONIC』 will be available for sale early at their live on November 18th at Tokyo’s Kineba Club, as that live is the band’s first, as well as an event sponsored by them.

The event is called 「OPEN THE VIVA SONIC」, and other bands participating include boogieman, charots, Heisei Ishin, AND and born. Tickets cost 3800 yen a piece.
